Wedding Favors (and Gifts) That Require a Can Opener

I had lunch with Carolyn Meenan Bridaluxe impressive the other day, and she suggested that I report on this totally sweet - but unfortunately local - way of packaging bridesmaids bridesmaid dresses, groomsmen gifts, favors and perhaps even the wedding if you have an extra $ 4 per person sitting around your wedding budget. I say local because I do not know of anywhere other than Black Ink in Boston that allows you to do this:

So, I'm talking to stamp their gifts or wedding favors in the aluminum cans for real! I'm thinking this could be fun, whether on a large scale or small scale, especially if you print their own customized tags that offer the colors of your wedding. What fits in a can? A beautiful necklace with a pair of matching earrings for her bridesmaids, maybe. Or a lot of candy, if you're shopping for wedding guests. Is there something a little odd about choosing a wedding guest favor have to wait to open? Well, thinking could have a can opener on hand for the super curious!

Thus, four dollars each, and preserving your wedding favors is not exactly a budget option, but if you like the general idea and hate the price (or simply are not anywhere near a machine U Can ) you can always choose a favor wholesale dress  that fits well and looks good in a jar of prom dresses  preserves or a jar of spices. It's a bit more rustic and not quite so mysterious, but it is not difficult to find bulk deals in mason jars for at least the price would be nice.
